General Surgeon VS Gastroenology Surgeon ?

As you know I am working on Hernias I need to get repaired. I was given 2 names of general surgeons and 2 names of Gastroenology surgeons. Which do you prefer.? What was your outcome of either Surgeon? thanks Wendy

My wls surgeon repaired my hernias. I would say to start by calling and asking if they repair the kind of hernias you have, and go from there.

I'd meet them and see which one I liked best. I'd probably read online reviews as well.

Check with your bariatric surgeon as it is common for hernias to be repaired at the same time.
