adding info to profile

How do I add my surgery type and surgery date to my profile?

You can do it two ways.  In the upper left hand corner under ObesityHelp/Forums/ you will see "Have you chosen a Bariatric Surgeon?"  Click the green box "Add My Surgeon".  Or you can do it by going to MY OH, Medical History.  If you need any further assistance let us know at [email protected].
