4 day preop liquid diet

I'm 4 days till surgery but day 1 of this liquid diet is killing me. I will be starving & hope to survive it. Ugh!

Consider yourself lucky with only 4 days! : ) Many, like me, had to do 2 full weeks.

I drank lots of Vitamin Water Zero, it helped me a lot.

I have a 4 day as well (and am grateful!). I start on Monday. I'm diabetic (no meds) and am very worried about what zero carbs will do to me, and if I can make it through the week at work.

Cheers to us! We'll be on the other side soon.

The first few days are the worst.

My surgery, RNY, is on November 12th and I've been on a 2 week preop diet. I'm on my tenth day. It's been a breeze for me so if I can survive 10 days and counting, you can survive 4 days(:

Not to be cliche, but seriously, keep your eye on the prize!
