My first post-op appt was today! Day 10 and lost 16.8 lbs! I know it won't be this much every week, but was exciting to see! Now graduating to shakes and creamed soups.
Congrats! I lost !6 pounds too!

I believe she meant post op. If I remember correctly she had a VSG on 10/27/14. I remember talking to her since I had mine on 10/30/14.
