"Recipe" Feature of My Fitness Pal
I've recently started using the Recipe feature on My Fitness Pal:
Recipe Importer
Let us do the work of organizing your recipe, paste the recipe URL below: Or Add Recipe Manually
You can either enter the URL of the recipe, or to do it manually you cut and paste the recipe or type in you own recipe ingredients. When you import the recipe, MFP breaksdown the ingredients and provides a link for specific instructions.
Then you can log your recipe in your food diary. (Veggie Omelette is one of my recipes)

I really find this to be a useful tool. I try to plan my meals ahead of time, and log my daily menu the night before. No more stressing "What am I going to eat today?"
