hair loss!!!!!

After my surgery, I had a HUGE thinned out spot ( i was not being so good about additional vitamins though). About 2 years later, the hair started filling in, and came in super wavy. Since I was in my early 20's at the time, it was irritating. It does stop though. The Biotin is ok...but really, prenatal vitamins (if you can stomach them) were AMAZEBALLS for me. Good luck!

I take biotin 5000 mcg a day (for new growth), use strengthening and growing shampoo (for whats there already), and I ended up having to chop my hair off since it was thinning and coming out so bad.  Not bald, however, so very thankful for that.  There is no way around it.  It is unfortunately just one of the parts that go along with surgery, however, it does get better I hear!

According to my research on Biotin - it does matter how much you take whether or not you grow hair in other places.  I have been ok on my dose.

I had the same problem until I have taken vita4life’s hair skin and nail vitamin supplement.
