Liquid Diet - what to mix with unflavored protein powder

Hi...First of all Good Luck!! It's going to change your life forever :)...I had to take an optifast for three weeks, something we purchase here from the surgeons office in Canada prior to surgery. Same thing, 900 calories, could choose vanilla or chocolate. I also used Unjury as well. What I did with mine to change it up was I went out and bought 8 or 9 extracts. I used caramel, banana, coconut, brandy, and a few others, use decaf spoon of coffee and ice, taste great and you can switch up the flavors...Good Luck! Lynn
