So, after thinking it sounded kind of ridiculous,
I loved using that app until I got my Jawbone and now I use the "Up" app. It's awesome. Welcome to the club :)

Remember, the amount of calories that myfitnesspal states that you need is not set for a person who has WLS. The amount is grossly overstated. Follow your surgeon's plan.
I just started using my fitness pal yesterday. I'm wondering if it's accurate though because it has my daily calories reeeealy high!!!! Close to 2,000 calories. Yesterday I was under and today I'm waaaay under and I don't even have any restriction (had the band in 2005 and hasn't been filled since 2009). I'm having a difficult time getting those calories in.
