I see from your blog that you were at some point a third year medical student.   Did you ever receive a license to practice medicine?

It's probably a secret?

I guess my question was too confusing for her to answer

No, I didn't have that problem.

And a surgeon can share his side of the story without violating HIPAA as long as he or she does not share any identifying information about a patient.

Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR.  If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor.  Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me.  If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her.    Check out my blog.

True. In this case they did.

Changing to a new blog. Please investigate your surgeon. Ask specific questions on after care, practice philosophies, office staff, nutrition, supplements, etc.

edited to add last paragraph.

No. Never. Not to say it doesn't happen but in almost 9 years on OH it hasn't to my knowledge happened here. Facebook is a social networking site and people can do more or Jess what they like on it.

I can't understand your blog. You seem to be saying you used to be WasaBubbleBut. So you were banded, that was a disaster; then you were sleeved and that was worse? I know you were extremely negative towards me when I said banding was not inevitably disastrous; sorry that it seems that for you the sleeve was worse.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Um, No, I'm not WasaBubbleBut. I don't even know who that is. I am a person who chose the sleeve as it was supposed to help the gasstroparesis. That's why I chose that surgery. However, the surgeon didn't work out.

I'm sorry for the person being negative to you.

Can you tell me where you got that from the blog?

You have links to her blog on your blog: http://bariatrichelp.wordpress.com/2014/05/11/a-few-general- links/ and http://bariatrichelp.wordpress.com/2014/03/22/various-links- blogs/

I would assume that you know this person and have read her blog since you link it on your site.
