Liquid Multi-Vitamins
I am scheduled to have the sleeve on the 24 th. In an attempt to prepare for post surgery recovery I am shopping. I have noticed many do chewable vitamins. I was wondering why not liquid vitamins? My NUT said it was fine but I am curious what everyone else has experienced. I will be doing a one week clear liquid diet and then week two will be protein shakes..and other liquids.
The liquid vitamins I've seen aren't very complete. :(

I don't do liquids or chewables. I don't do liquids because there are not many out there that meet the ASMBS guidelines - most brands are missing a lot of important nutrients. Those that are available are expensive. Plus, I find it inconvenient to take liquid vitamins.
I prefer vitamins that I swallow.
