Hey guys just wanted to post a photo with my progress. Shooting for nov or dec for my vsg surgery! Lost this in 8 months diet and exercise really looking forward to getting the surgery

thanx! I wish i started at 330 lol...but Im super greatful I never hit 500lb that was going to be my future really quick

I disagree. I topped out at 475. I wish I hit 500. Sounds more impressive, and hey, what was another 25 pounds at that point?
