How often to weigh your self???

I weigh every day because it keeps me accountable.  I'm also someone who doesn't freak out if the scale doesn't budge or if it pops up a couple pounds overnight.  The number on the scale doesn't impact my mood or how I feel about myself.   If it DOES negatively impact you, then I would advise only weighing once a week or less.

Once per week. No more, no less. When I think about what I might weigh outside my normal weigh time, that is my clue to ficus on my behavior because I am off track!

Usually just once a week - on Sunday, before breakfast, after using the bathroom.  TMI?  :) 

I did go through a period of weighing myself more often but once I noticed a regular fluctuation of a few pounds over the course of the week basically switched to a once weekly weigh in.
