New To Site. Got My Date. Waiting for Insurance Approval!!

I can't believe this is all happening so quickly! I decided back in May to make this transition, never thinking it would ever go this far. But all the hard work paid off. My surgery date is Oct. 28, 2014!  14 days away!!! ( They first suggested Oct 31st, but I'm superstitious hahaha) Anyone have the same date? Its surreal honestly. I'm nervous, nauseous, and super excited to finally have the body I have always wanted. To finally be a perfect combo of happy and healthy.  I'm praying insurance approves me. That's the LAST STEP, then everything falls into place!

Wow, sounds like things are moving along well for you!!  Blink of your eyes and it will e 10/28.  There's a place on the Losers' Bench waiting just for you.

October 28 is my surgery date, too.  Already have insurance approval. Today is the first day of my pre-op diet. It's modified fast - 2 protein shakes and 1 meal.  I am mostly excited, just a little nervous.   Good luck to both of us!
