Proud owner of a juicer!!!
And there is absolutely NO benefit in a pre-op liquid diet, either.
What you need to focus on is PROTEIN. Until you're able to meet your protein goals reliably EVERY DAY, you don't need any fruits, veggies, or grains. There are essential amino acids (protein is made of amino acids), essential fatty acids, but NO essential carbs. NONE. Undigestible fiber, yeah, but no digestible carbs are necessary.
The pre-op diet is all about protein. Juicing is all about carbs and sugar. I'm not sure how these things are even remotely similar?
(And not every surgeon has a pre-op liquid diet requirement. Have you met with a NUT yet?)

I don't know if you just bought this juicer, and can return it, but I would rather be a proud owner of a Blendtec high speed Blender or even a Nutribullet 900. I do make an occasional green smoothie in my Blendtec to change things up, and add my protein powder to that. At least you are using the whole fruits and vegetables. It is also good for your puree stage, soups etc. Good Luck!

I have a ninja and the bullet I like the bullet for my protein drink! It is what is looks like i'll use it hear and there as a treat if I really want juice!
Have you met with a nutritionist yet? Has your surgeon's office given you any handouts regarding preop/postop eating requirements?
I ask this because it seems that you're clearly in the dark on some of these issues. I'm not being snarky, but I'm concerned that you'll sabotage yourself if you don't learn more about the changes you'll need to make in your life after surgery. Depending on the type of surgery you're planning to have, it might be a good idea if you read the "What Are You Eating Today" threads on the surgery forums. They'll give you an idea of what the transition will be. Here are the links:

Juice is full of sugar and removes the beneficial part of the fruit. It is of absolutely no use to you at all. Liquid calories go down smooth and easy and do nothing to help you with satiety.
Protein first and always with no exceptions.
As much as it may be annoying to have purchased something that you likely cannot return, the juice won't be beneficial at all to you. Give it away if you can't return it.
eta: I've always thought juicing was the stupidest bill of goods perpetrated in the name of health. How on earth can reducing veggies and fruits to high calorie liquid be good? Someone is laughing all the way to the bank with that idea.

And that person is... Jack LaLanne. Oh wait. He's dead. Not so much laughing anymore but he made a mint promoting juicers with his name on them.

Has anyone ever juiced a ribeye? Maybe a blend would be better. One-third New York strip, one-third chuck, and one-third skirt steak. Juice it up, and get a crazy straw.
Anyone?
