Oh man, the chewy calcium... awesome stuff! I get the caramel ones from Costco nowadays, but the others are really good too.

Ditto that all of my stuff comes from the drugstore. My surgeon says to "keep doing what I'm doing" based on my lab work (YMMV) and stick with the Walgreens stuff I take now.

Are the ones you get from Costco calcium citrate?? If so, which brand are they? I swear I scoured the shelves the other day and could only find calcium phosphate :\

These are the ones I get, they're calcium carbonate. My doc gave them the thumbs-up since I have the sleeve and don't run into the absorption issues that I might with RNY; apparently the issue with carbonate is related to stomach acid and I'm OK on that front.

I get my Vitamin A (10K dry), Vitamin E (400 dry), calcium citrate (250 mg), and probiotics from the Vitamin Shoppe, two miles from my home.  I also buy Syntrax Nectar cappuccino protein powder from the same store.

I get the store brand of Centrum Silver 50+ multivitamins from Walgreens, usually as BOGO.  The nearest store for me is just up the street and I can walk there.

I used to get my Vitamin D3 (50K dry) from Vitalady, but not anymore.  I now get the Bio Tech brand from Amazon for less than $30, including shipping, and have that mailed to my home.  My latest order was received earlier today.
