Ok, I'm really liking my little fitbit one that I got the other day & I was just wondering what music do you all listen to that keeps you motivated & gets you going! I'm open to all types of music, but I'm interested in ones that has a beat in it to match my walking rythym. Lions & Wooden Heart by the features is what I listen to & gives a hint to the kind of beat I'm looking for. What do you listen to?

Always Alright by Alabama Shakes is my fave tune right now , so funky !! A bit of a switch to ..Bootsy Collins, Play with Bootsy , the whole albulm from start to finish is pretty much a whole workout for me ..It's awesome ....then a bit of dance ....anything by David Guetta and Calvin Harris or Zedd pump me up too ........Kings of Leon are my constant mix in amongst everything !

Have fun getting on down girly !

I love oldies; Kool and The Gang (Celebration & Ladies Night) and Earth Wind & Fire.  But my all time favorite is Cha-cha-cha music, a little salsa!

Check out jog.fm.  You can find different playlist with certain BPM.  You have to buy the playlist, but I listen to different ones and find songs that I like (because most of the time I don't all the songs) and put together my own playlist.  You can also find free running and walking podcasts on the internet too.  And I also found that a lot of DJs have like long mixes.  Maybe google DJs mixes or a DJ that you like.
