Health tracker

I am trying to input my surgery date and surgery type in my health tracker. It keeps coming up with the lab band. I am not having this procedure. I'm having Gastric bypass surgery.... Help!

Try this(:

Click MY OH in the top right corner.

From the drop down menu, click MEDICAL HISTORY

It should then bring you to a page that you can update the surgery with by clicking "click here to add a new bariatric surgery."
