I had no pre op diet at all.
5ft0; highest weight 222; surgery weight 208; current weight 120
My doc said I didn't have to do the pre-op liquid diet because my BMI was low enough not to. I am 4 weeks post-op.
I had a pre-op diet but it was low carb, not liquid. I lost 10 lbs in two weeks.
