A gentle reminder to new post-ops in plateaus
I would also like to add:
1. It's not a plateau until you've not lost weight OR inches for about a MONTH. It's totally normal to not lose weight EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
2. You will lose weight at the same rate whether you get on the scale or not. If you will put your scale away, weigh only at your doctor's, you won't suffer from stalls. You'll still HAVE them, but you won't SUFFER from them.
3. Presumably, you know what you're supposed to be doing. If you do, do it and what's supposed to happen will happen. If you DON'T know what to do---ASK. But give details. We can't tell you what you're doing wrong if we don't know what you're doing.
