Acid Reflux

Suggestions on how to relieve acid reflux????

I take 40 mg of over the counter Omeprazole daily to control mine.

Approved by my gastroenterologist.

Good to know. Thank you. I take pepcid twice a day and it's not cutting it.

At first, my gastro prescribed Dexliant, which was great .... And then my insurance got pissy about paying for it ..... And I moved over to the Omeprazole ...which works fine as long as I don't miss a dose.

If the over the counter stuff is not working for you, you might want to see a gastro specialist for something stronger.
