Hi, big hug first of all. I can't answer your question about the pouch stretching, I am a true food addict! The taste, the taste, the taste! My Doctor had me on a clear diet for 3 weeks then soft foods for the next 3 so I was going absolutely mad! By the time Valentine's day came I wanted ribs like my X so bad that I did the "chew and spit" thing. I didn't do it a lot however it helped me get through those really difficult times. Don't give up, it gets better. God bless
As a mental health professional. I can tell you that this is a very psychologically dangerous practice. If you choose to participate in it and risk an eating disorder yourself that is one thing,but please don't encourage other people to do so. Would you encourage someone to force themselves to vomit or use laxatives? (I would hope not.) This is no different.
