HAPPY BIRTHDAY SLEEVE TO ME!

Hello you, thanks for taking the time to read this. I have my surgery date scheduled and it's 3 days before my birthday! Surgery on 10/2/2014. This is the best birthday gift I can receive. 

I'm also starting a new job a couple weeks after. I would say it's my dream job and I worked really hard to get it. I'm new to this forum and I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the changes I have in store. I truly believe this is the beginning of a new life in more ways than one.
