Plateaued Already! 23 days out

I went through a plateau in the first month. Stopped losing after one week then plateaued for 3 1/2 weeks. Stalling early on is not uncommon from what I understand. Thought I was going to lose my mind...LOL... Doc kept saying "I am not worried". Anyway lost more the second month than the first. It will happen, be patient. Good Luck!

Thank you for the reinforcements! That would be awesome to lose more next month. 

Same thing happened to me about 4 times in the last 10 months and I am down now 88 lbs. Your doing fine and stay off the scale. Focus more on how you feel and how your clothes fit. You will keep your sanity much easier...
