How do I verify my OH account information?

I am not receiving email notifications of responses and I wanted to verify that I entered the correct email address but for the life of me, I can't find it. How do find my own account information and change things like an email address?

No one receives email notifications reliably because OH seems to think they're not important enough to fix :(
