I haven't tried it yet but there is a sweetner called Swerve that has a powdered sugar version. It keeps popping up on recipe blogs and I have never heard of it before. I saw the powdered sugar version on Amazon. Actually found it in my local Stop n' Shop grocery in the health food section. Haven't tried it yet. Good Luck!
