One year anniversary!!!!!!

Today I made 1 year with the gastric sleeve. I am honored to say thank you to Dr. AUDENCIO ALANIS for making this a life changing experience. I started at 264. Today I am 164. I feel so much better and I was taken off of my blood pressure medication.  I do workout when I can and also I have a weight trainer. I have a whole new outlook on nutrition. My life has changed forever. Thanks Dr. ALANIS
