I think Lora meant body fat percentage, not BMI. I'm interested in learning more as well.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Yes, I meant body fat percentage... It had been a very long day when I posted this!

When I was in a clinical trial...they determined body fat percentages and metabolism by having me sit in this little steel chamber (like a pea body). I couldnt move and I recollect sitting there for what felt like a long time (it could ahve been 5 minutes but for whatever reason...20 minutes seems to ring a bell). That was over 15 years ago.
