I just started taking them and i feel like i can't eat as much and I am due for a fill. I know bc pills bloat, so that could be a problem for me.

Anytime you retain fluid like PMS time you can feel tightness because the tissue near the band is going to swell too and make it feel tighter.
As Hislady says. The band is over living tissue and so fluid retention can affect it.
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
