Really bad day of cheating
I definitely agree with the therapy/support advice! It's so important to have a support network of some sort through this process.

Get out of the house! I tried to keep myself running around like crazy on the pre op diet. When I'm busy I don't think about food. When I'm sitting on my couch, especially if I'm home alone, I eat like crazy. And therapy or a support group is KEY! It will help you change your mindset, which you have to do for long term success. Congratulations on taking the firsts steps!
It is so hard not to eat when you're at home, not at work. Too much time on my hands. Every evening, I write down what I'm going to have the next day. When I'm bored, I tend to look to food -- but now I make a cup of hot tea whenever I feel the urge to eat something "off schedule". Usually the urge has passed by the time my tea is ready. Do you have any hobbies that you can do? I generally read or do different types of puzzles.
Keep doing your best - it's not easy, but it's well worth the effort.
Good luck!
Everyone has given you great advice. Here is a link to a great article with 50 things to do instead of eating/snacking.

Also, remove those trigger foods if you can out of the house and replace them with things that are clean for you to eat.
