hernia repairs and tt done at the same time how much will i pay out of pocket

can anybody help me im having 4 hernia repairs and tummy tuck done at the same time insurance is covering for the hernia repairs but I have no idea how much wil l I pay out off pocket for the tummy tuck

You should ask your provider.

You will likely be billed for surgeon time, anesthesiologist and room by the minute ..... So you don't save much by combining procedures.

When I had my band placed, I was self pay ... And paid in full up front.

Afterwards, I was billed for anesthesia and surgical time for a hernia repair.

They found the hernia while placing the band ... And fixed it ... My surgeon did his part for free but the anesthesiologist and surgery center both billed me for additional time.

When I called about it, they quoted me the exact time that each procedure was being performed.

Way back when I had my hernia repair, it was going to cost an extra$6k that I didn't have.  I still have an ugly tum, but no hernia.
