Chike with soy milk is my favorite protein shake. Go to protein has been tuna packets, boiled eggs, jack links turkey snack bites & Kirkland chicken breast packed in water in a can.

Latest is Fit Frappe coffee. I also like to use unflavored and mix it in things. On Amazon I bought  Genepro protein powder, I like it virtually tasteless, and you only need one Tablespoon to equal 30g protein. Lots of time I use just one teaspoon to boost the protein in things. Good Luck!

I use the GNC Gold Standard Whey protein. 1 scoop 120 cals and 24g protein. I have tried a few different flavors. I shake mine with water and it's pretty good.
