OH HELP - Notifiers
Hey OH. I'm still not getting notifiers with any reliability. Has your tech team made any progress on this issue? It has been months.

Age 42 Height 5'4" HW 319 (1/3/2014) SW 293 (3/13/2014) CW 149 (7/16/2017)
Next Goal 145 - normal BMI | Total Weight Lost 170
TrendWeight | Food Blog (sort of functional) | Journal (down for maintenance)
Apparently they have not made progress on it because the problem continues. I think they might need to hire some new tech people if the current tech people can't fix it after all this time.

I would sincerely hope that your IT department is already aware and working on this issue, as many of us have contacted you/posted on the forums about this issue in the past months.
New people to the forums have even said, "oh, I thought these were just crappy forums" due to the lack of notification. Something that seems like it would be a priority to fix!

I offered before and I'll offer again. We contract with a great IT company that works out of Orange County. If your IT department is unable to resolve this problem (which has been ongoing for several MONTHS), I'll be happy to give you a referral.

I am getting rather sick of this message! It seems incredible that (presumably) highly trained IT people cannot solve what it a very basic problem. Have you thought of employing people with a higher skill level?
I get maybe one third of messages/replies notified to me. It is extremely irritating!
And I have lost track of how many months this has now been an issue.
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
If they ARE even working on it, it's clearly not a priority since they have been "working on it" for ages. I get very few notifications. The ones I feel bad about are PMs from people who may think they're being ignored because I don't answer. I don't answer because I don't know they wrote. And if I DO respond, THEY don't know that I did because THEY don't get a notification.
