I am 1 month post-op since having the sleeve and lost a total of approx. 29lbs so far.  I feel great but am concerned, over the last week I haven't seemed to have lost anything, in fact the scale showed this morning that I had gained a pound.  Has anyone experienced this????   Starting weight = 292lbs   got down to 263 but now shows me at 264  I would appreciate any advice.  thanks

If you want to be reassured about how very common this is, use the search function (magnifying glass) and look up the hundreds of posts and replies on three week stall, four week stall, slow early weight loss, no loss, not losing post-op etc..

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

What, exactly, are you eating every day?  How much liquid are you drinking?  How many grams of protein?

My day usually consists of Scrambled Eggs and a protein shake (26 grams) in the morning, a fruit smoothie with Protein (42grams) for lunch, and usually tuna fish or baked boneless chicken thigh for dinner, with a protein bar snack during the day.  Drinking plenty of liquid, PowerAde Zero and Water.

Hm.  You could be getting quite a lot of carbs between the fruit in the smoothie and the protein bar, but I, of course, can't know.  It just might be something to check out if you haven't already.
