Question about protein!
After you reached your goal weight and were in the gym pretty often (3-5 days per week) did you change the type of protein you used? I know the whey isolate is used when losing weight because it digests quickly but if you're working out trying to build muscle should you switch to a different protein like whey concentrate or casein on workout days? Just curious! Also, I asked this question in the fitness forum and didn't get any responses so I figured I'd try here!
The short answer is, unless you are a serious, pro level athlete, it really doesn't matter much. But different proteins do digest at different rates.
