I was the same way as you. I first heard about this wonderful site from a dietitian when I started my journey of having weight loss surgery and I fell in love with this site. I'm here on this sit just about on a daily basis. I agree with what rocky513 said to you. I use this site for over 4 years now.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
