Pain by ribcage on my RIGHT side 19 days post op...concerned!

I guess i am going to have to call my surgeon...I have pain kinda under my right breast, by my rib on my right side. Kinda concerned, I am 19 days post op. Not getting any better...anyone else have this after Gastric Bypass?

I bet you it is gas. Try some gas x strips and get in good movement. If the pain persists, you really should contact your surgeon or pcp.(:

maybe it is gas, i thought it could be...I will see my doctor if it continues. Thanks for the response!

Hidden gas pockets can travel around at the worst times. Curl up with a heating pad and walk. You can also take some gas X. I used the melt away strips.
