Hello, i'm new, my surgery date is in two weeks

Hello, 'm John. My surgery date is in two weeks, i selected the sleeve on recommendation from my surgeon, because I was diagnosed with celiacs disease.  My insurance has been approved, and I am currently on the pre surgery liquid diet phase

 

  due to my work schedule being long, shakes work best for breakfast and lunch, but i'm looking for more variety for supper.   Can onion soup mix be used during this period even though it has the little slices of onion?
