do any networks under state insurance cover any weightliss surgery

I am new so I'm not even sure if I am doing this right but I am wondering if there is a specific network or hmo that covers any of the surgeries?  I am in Wisconsin and have badgercare.  Help!

You will need to call your insurance company to find out if they cover bariatric surgery. It depends on what your employer signs up for. People can have the same insurance company but totally different coverage.
