Relax. It sucks, but it happens to all of us. Month 2 out from my surgery, I lost ONE pound.

Take a deep breath and wait it out.

People don't lose weight in a linear and consistent manner.  As long as you're sticking to the plan, you'll get there.  Try to focus on your weight trend instead of day to day fluctuations.

Hang in there. I stalled too, but then lost 5 lbs all at once (literally overnight. Don't know how.). Keep going.

Really normal.  There will probably be many weeks when you lose nothing. Loss is often in fits and starts. We get slammed on here for suggesting this, but try using the search function in the blue bar (magnifying glass) and look for stalls or plateaux and you will see hundreds of people just like you!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

That makes me feel so much better. I am trying not to get on the scales but... I am so excited and ready for the new!

My rny was 7/22 and I have been stalled for almost 2 weeks.  Sometimes I think maybe I'm like the 2 people I know who had the surgery and said they only lost a little and could lose no more, but I know because of reading these posts that I will start losing again, my body just needs time to catch up to the 27 pounds that I have lost.  Good luck!
