Thing are moving fast now.

Well after talking to the doctor this morning and him putting on the waiting list for a closer date, he just called and has moved my start date up!! Instead of having a start date 80 days away I now have a started date 6 days away!!!!

Great.

And you may have noticed that I started at 440 like you.  So I know exactly where you are coming from.

Okay so my first official weigh in is Monday 9/8.

Which surgery are you having done?  Some surgeries they want you to loose some weight before the surgery...The surgeon needs to work around the liver and it is easier for them to move around there if there is a little weight loss.  May want to stop bye at the Men's Forum...Good group of guys and very supportive.  Brian  http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/men/
