About spell-check

Dear Member Services, is there any chance y'all could update the spell-check dictionary, so that it recognizes common WLS-related words, like malabsorb, malabsorption, etc.? I know there's the individual option of adding a word to the dictionary, but it won't STAY added. I feel sure I'm not the only one frustrated by this.
