Newbie Here
Hello everyone my name is Samantha I am 24 years old and am having my VSG surgery on Oct. 6th this year. I am so excited!! I am also new to this whole blogging and forums and any advice would be great. I don't want to be one of those annoying people lol. Anyways so I joined because I know a lot of people on the You Tube videos I have been watching for months told me about this site so I joined since I finally had a surgery date. I am needing a place where I can talk to people and even meet people who are going through or already went through the process and I am looking to learn things that maybe you wished you would have known before surgery. At this point I could use all the help I can get with my surgery months away. Is there anyone who juggled a full time job, school and surgery? How did it work for you? I am also looking to meet more people around my age who had surgery cause it would be nice to see that I am not the youngest girl who is undergoing surgery.
Thanks Everyone,
Sam

Welcome! As you actually ask for tips- Add your surgery date (just put a likely one until you get a definite one) and your surgery type (you can do that now!) to your profile. That means when you post, it will show at the top of each post and that really helps people answering you.
