3 DAYS POST OP, THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY
MONDAY MORNING i had the RNY (gastric bypass) It is now 3 days later, and yesterday I was released to go home. I ended up running a low grade fever in the hospital, low pulse ox, and my blood pressure shot up. I also had fluid in one of my left lung nodes, that could easily have turned into Pnemonia . I have to follow up with my primary care doctor about the blood pressure. I am using the incentive spirometer to strengthen my lung function about every hour. So everything is taking care of itself, as i am doing exactly as i am told~now, if you will excuse me, I am going to sit over on the LOSER'S BENCH! It WAS all worth it, and I have NO regrets!
Welcome home!!!
