I am 4 months out from having the sleeve surgery done.  I have lost about 55lbs and can't seem to get past that.  It has been several weeks now and I keep gaining a lb. or two and loosing a lb. or two but can't budge from that.  Need help and suggestions.  Is this normal?

13lbs a month seems pretty good to me!!  Loss is often not steady. Many oeople find they lose a chunk, stall for a while, lose again.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I am almost 8 months post op for the sleeve. I have had this happen several times. As soon as I take my focus off the scale the weight starts to come off again. Like you I ensure I get the protein in and exercise but now I am toggling between 200 lbs and 202lbs. I am so ready for my weight to be below 200 lbs. I won't complain because I am down 75lbs since January. My advice have patience with yourself. It will start coming off again.

You're not stuck, you're stalled.  It's totally normal!!!  You'll body is just taking a little break to catch up.  Breathe, keeping doing what you're doing, and stay off the scale for a while -- like a month.  :-)
