I am so surprised and very thankful for all the support thank you each and everyone of you. I have been working more on staying hydrated now instead of stressing over the protein shakes. I feel so much better then 2 days ago. I think I was dehydrating. I see my doctor on Friday so I will see what he thinks I should do. Thank u guys once again.

The dehydration could be what's making you feel so poorly.  I know it's hard, but it's vitally important to get those fluids into you right now.  You have to sip sip sip and never stop while you're awake.  The protein helps your body in the healing process, but it's more important that you have fluids.  Try sugar free popsicles.

I felt like I had made a big mistake five days after surgery, but it quickly went away when I started doing what my doctor's office told me and I was feeling better.  It WILL get better.  Do the best you can with the fluids so you don't end up in the ER with an IV.
