So I had the sleeve done on July 22, but, I haven't lost any weight in two weeks.... My last weigh in was on Aug. 12 and it was 217 and today August 24, I still weigh 217...Is this ok?

Ah the dreaded three-week stall. There are so many people that experience this (some a little earlier than the 3-week mark, some a little later) but many of us go through it. You are not alone.

Search these forums for "three-week stall" (use the magnifying glass at the top of the page) and you will find you are in good company.

This is also a great time to learn to rely on other ways to gauge your weight loss. Maybe take measurements or photos, or check to see if any of your clothing fits differently. The scale is just one method of measuring your success. There are definitely plenty of others!

Wishing you lots of luck. Stick to your surgeon's plan. Get enough liquids and protein and trust the process. You too will succeed!
