I felt well enough at 12 days to be present at a party but don't plan on feeling well enough to be running around the party and helping out much. If you can just sit and enjoy...then you'll probably feel up to it.

I was back at work 7 days after my surgery (I work at a desk job where I can take a break whenever I need, and I am less than 2 miles from my house).  I was tired (exhausted, really), but clearly, moving around and doing stuff.
