LARGE OVERHANG (PANUS) CAUSING PROBLEMS!!

For now and possibly permanently, my Cardiologist says I can't have weight loss surgery due to my Heart Failure. My question is, does anyone know of any sort of support to lift a large overhang (Panus). Tried abd binders but they don't work. I believe the weight of the panus is causing internal stress and problems! Any suggestions out there?

Have you tried shapewear, like Spanx? Or maybe a girdle?

I've seen belly support band for pregnant ladies. Maybe something like that would work?
