How much water do you drink in a day?

I weighed 286 before my Duodenal Switch and have maintained 125 lbs loss for nearly 9 years.  I drink about a gallon of fluids (tea, diet coke, coffee, SF koolaid) daily, and I live my life doing what I want to do.  Formal exercise bores me.
