Today was my second appointment! This one was with a dietitian! Everyone has been get be researching and checking things out on line so many questions excited and scared at the same time!
Hopping this site will have /give support and answers ! I'm down 24 pounds so far registered for modules, tracking everything emotions food activity keep A pedometer ! Finally feel hope and that there are people that understand!!
